Sharkey was appointed to The Co-operative Food capital investment framework following an intensive competitive tendering process. Working to a typical five-week programme, our specialist retail team refurbish the internal store layout, upgrade M&E infrastructure while enhancing all customer-facing touchpoints throughout the store. This is complemented by upgrades of all external decoration, branding and car parking facilities ensuring an enriched customer journey from beginning to end. Our dedicated team carefully programme each fast-track project to minimise closure periods incorporating both live environment and out-of-hours working.
