Sharkey complete a multi-phase refit of Lloyds Banking Groups 70,000 Sq ft retail contact centre transforming an outdated, inefficient environment into a fit-for-purpose facility fully responsive to the ever-changing needs of the business.

On the banks of the mighty Clyde and at the heart of Scotland’s largest city lies Lloyds Banking Groups (LBG) seven storey, 70,000 sq ft Atlantic Quay retail contact centre, which in 2013 underwent a full multi-phase refit by Sharkey. Working in partnership with LBG this year long design and build project comprised a full strip out back to base build, upgrading existing M&E and data services and a full refit on all floors integrating 900 new workstations and the creation of a new coffee shop and break-out facilities, all completed in a fully occupied building.
