This Website is operated by George Sharkey & Sons Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC164725 (“We”, “us”). We are part of the Sharkey group of companies (the “Sharkey Group”). The Sharkey Group also includes, but is not limited to, the following entities: Sharkey Group Limited (incorporated in Scotland with company number SC324593).

This privacy policy (this “Policy”) sets out the basis on which any personal data the Sharkey Group collects from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”), the data controller in relation to your use of this Website is George Sharkey & Sons Limited. Where you deal with other members of the Sharkey Group then that other member of the Sharkey Group will be the data controller for the purpose of those dealings.

4.2.2 If the Sharkey Group or a member of the Sharkey Group, or all or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
