Sharkey cop a Kabanna

We are extremely pleased to report our appointment by Whitebridge Ventures and RoundShield Partners LLP to undertake the repurposing and fit-out of an existing city centre office block to create an innovative range of accommodation for  specialist hotel operator, Kabannas.

The development, located in a thriving part of Edinburgh’s Old Town, will involve the refit and reconfiguration of the existing 5-storey office building into a Kabannas Hybrid Hotel delivering a combination of shared rooms, conventional hotel-style accommodation and vibrant social common areas for their guests .

We look forward very much to our team being given the opportunity to further expand and develop our expertise in this specialist sector and to continue to build our reputation in the delivery of innovative hotel accommodation.
