Sharkey secures Edinburgh Park project

We are delighted to be given the opportunity to undertake our first project for leading property investment and development company, Danobe Securities Ltd. With a prime Edinburgh Park location, works on the 4-storey building at Lochside Avenue comprise the refurbishment, alteration and fit-out of 30,000 sqft of office space. The project, with a programme duration of 24 weeks, will be undertaken by one of our vastly experienced fit-out teams and we look forward very much to working closely with the design team to deliver a stunning project for our new client.
