Skillfully designed as a staggered terrace to make optimal use of the site, the 3-storey new-build residential development, which replaces an existing 1960s dwelling house, is located immediately adjacent to the Old Course’s iconic feature, the Swilken Burn.
Clad in a sleek dressed ashlar, with a standing seam zinc roof, each of the 3000 sqft properties features full-height windows and a fully glazed upper floor balcony, with a double garage provided at ground level. With a construction period of 70 weeks, the constrained nature of the site will pose a number of logistical challenges for the project, all of which we are confident will be addressed seamlessly by our highly experienced project and site management teams.
