With a background in the construction industry, stretching back more than three decades, Dougie leads our contracts management and site supervision teams responsible for delivering major projects.

With particular expertise in the commercial office and hotel and leisure sectors, his strong leadership skills have seen him successfully deliver a wide range of challenging and complex projects for clients across the UK and in Europe.

A highly skilled communicator, he consistently builds strong and trusting relationships with all project stakeholders to provide each of our clients with the confidence that Sharkey will consistently deliver beyond their expectations.
