Peter Watson

As Pre-construction Director, Peter leads the team responsible for managing and co-ordinating the project pre-qualification and bid process.  Working in close liaison with our Estimating and Contracts teams, his role also encompasses project planning, programming and resourcing.

Peter has 36 years’ construction industry experience, 21 of those with Sharkey.  With a highly organised, structured approach, he constantly seeks opportunities to streamline processes and improve working practices that will enable Sharkey to continue to build on our reputation for delivering projects that meet or better increasingly challenging timescales.
