A highly experienced QS, whose professional skills and knowledge have been developed over a 30 year period in the construction industry, the latter 13 years of those with Sharkey, Scott heads up our Surveying team.

He provides leadership, direction and guidance on all commercial issues, ensuring his team deliver the highest standard of professional service through a consistent and balanced approach to the specific commercial challenges every project presents.  Scott’s primary role is to ensure all projects achieve optimum value for money.

He is a skilled negotiator with a sound contractual knowledge and understanding, who has a strong track record in successfully managing change and transparently reporting commercial risk.
