Spread over 7 levels, this multi-phased project included a sympathetic refurbishment to the buildings façade, a full upgrade to all public areas and the installation of a new roof terrace with stunning views over the city. A full CAT B refurbishment to basement and ground levels was also incorporated into the programme for two existing tenants.
