Completed over a 40 week period, this multi-phased design & build project consisted of a sympathetic refurbishment and fit out to the basement followed by a comprehensive CAT A fit out to all other levels. During the CAT A works planning permission was granted to allow the new build vertical extension to be added at roof level, increasing the available office space and adding impressive client entertainment areas with stunning views across the City of London.
