Working in collaboration with Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Theatre company, the largest theatre operator in London, Sharkey refurbish the external facade and VIP areas of the world famous Grade II* listed London Palladium.

Split over 2 phases these logistically challenging projects involved the full internal re-fit of all VIP areas complemented by a sensitive refurbishment of the buildings Grade II* listed facade including the construction of new parapet wall to support illuminated signage, with all works being carried out in collaboration with English Heritage. As the theatre remained fully operational throughout the works Sharkey undertook the works in and around the busy theatre schedule including a combination of enhanced security and out of hours working, all under special licence and collaboration with Westminster City Council.
