Sharkey’s latest project for Tesco – a £6m upgrade of its UK customer contact centre in Dundee – marks a further extension of the valued relationship built with the retail giant over recent years.
Following a successful competitive tender submission, Sharkey are delighted to have been awarded the opportunity to deliver another innovative workplace transformation.
Sharkey has started work on the £3.4 million refurbishment and conversion of Edinburgh’s A-listed, former district court and cell block, repurposing it into a boutique ‘capsule hotel’ for operator Code Pod Hostel.
Sharkey has further enhanced its hotel credentials following the appointment by Carlton Hotel Collection to fit-out the recently constructed flagship Market Street hotel, a pioneering boutique hotel in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town.
Sharkey recently completed the multi-phased refurbishment of Holland House, the A-listed principal halls of residence building for the University of Edinburgh, the sixth oldest university in the English-speaking world and a university now ranked in the top-20 globally.
